Room Rental Rates
There are three components to our pricing; the room rental fee, equipment rentals and your bar package. During your initial consultation we will put together a quote for all three areas so you have a good idea of what you will spend. Below pricing is based of a mandatory Main Hall & Deck rental, with The Cellar added for additional space. For weddings and/or receptions, we do require that you book the entire space for a 12-hour block, regardless of the day of the week or month. This is to ensure you have a smooth event with no outside noise or disruption. For all other event inquiries, we may require a full 12-hour booking on Fridays and Sundays during our busy months.
What does a rental include?
We reserve the right to set room rental and beverage minimums for major holidays. A 10% bar surcharge will be applied to all holidays to pay staff for holiday overtime. Saturday rental rates and holiday policies will apply to:
